29th March : spring theme and a design team call

This week we challenge you to make cards with a spring theme. Interpret that how ever you like.
You have 3 weeks for this challenge to allow for easter holidays.

We also feel it is time for a design team call, here's some info

What does it entail:
You will be expected to make a card for each challenge, once every fornight. (although we understand you will not be able to take part in every single one when life gets in the way)
Your card must use a forever friends image.
You can be involved in choosing the challenge themes.
Visit the blogs of the entrants and leave a comment, help choose the favourite.
You will provide all your own stamps and materials.
You can stay on the team for as long as you like and are free to resign at any time.

What do you get in return:
basically nothing, as we have no sponsor and are not an official representative of forever friends, hallmark or docrafts.

How do you apply:
You must make a card for this weeks challenge and link as normal using Mr Linky. You must then leave a comment on this post saying "I wish to be considered for the Design team" or words to that effect.
Only entries using forever friends images will be considered, and we will only consider people who have expressed a desire to join the team (so you can still take part in this week's challenge without applying for the design team)
We will choose 2 or 3 people after the challenge closes on sunday 18th April

sketch challenge favourite

Wow, we had so many truly gorgeous entries this week, you guys do not make it easy to choose a favourite, We could have easily chosen at least 5 this week. But I went for one that made me gasp when I saw it. This easel card is stunning as is everything on Sande's blog.

1st March: photo inspiration

Emma has set us a really interesting challenge this week, look at this photograph and let it inspire you. There are no rules as to how you use this in your forever friends piece, just go with the flow. Look at the colours, the textures, the shapes........ now go create!!!!
