I can't believe that this will be my last post of 2008!

Merry Christmas Everyone.

I just wanted to post a personal message on here for everyone who has helped to make this blog a great success!

The idea of the FF challenge blog came about because of mine and Nikki's love of these little bears... and I'm so glad that you all love them too. Sorry I haven't been around much for the last few weeks, but I have had this terrible cold and a good old chesty cough!

Anyway, I have handed the reins over to Nikki for the last few weeks, and I'd like to thank her loads for sorting out the challenges, uploading etc.. I will be back up and running sometime after this week!!

Dec 15th - A Christmas Carol

Good morning - not many sleeps left until the big day now.

I love Christmas......... all the little lights shining remind me of when I was little (I could just sit and stare at the Christmas tree for hours).
Most of our poor DT this week have been hit by really nasty cold/flu bugs..... even I have no voice at the moment (David my OH thinks this could be an early prezzie for him! lol)

Our theme for this week is - A Christmas Carol.

Two new DT members

My great news for this week is that we have two new Design Team members...

Welcome Donna and Emma!

These two lovely ladies have been part of our Guest DT for the last two weeks, and since Nikki has now left us, I have decided to make them a permanent fixture. lol.

I am sure they will do a fantastic job whilst they are with us, and we all look forward to seeing their beautiful crafting over the coming weeks and months..

Dec 8th - Not a card..

Firstly, before I announce the challenge, I would just like to say a big Thank you to Nikki for joining us in this challenge since the beginning. Nikki is now leaving us to concentrate on other commitments, but I'm sure you'll join in with me to wish her all the best in her ventures.

So here we are.. getting nearer to Christmas, and hopefully getting all those Christmas Cards made and posted! Not to mention all those mince pies and choccies to keep us going.

Now then... To make a change from doing all those Christmas cards,
the challenge this week is focusing on something

I would just like to say Thank you to all of you who are taking part in this Challenge

each week, and who are making it the success I hoped it would be when I set it up.

All the cards are visited, and if time permits, comments are left by our DT. Don't ever think you are out there on your own.. we do peek at your work! (And you never know.. you may even end up on the Inspirational website, of which I am also a team member! **wink**

There will be another Guest DT member call again in the New Year, so please call back and keep

an eye out for the call.... hopefully I'll be back on later with a bit of Christmas Cheer for us all... !

Welcome to a new Design Team member.

Hi everyone..

I just wanted to introduce you all to Nikki Bowman. She is our new design team member. Here are a few cards that she has been making with these wonderful little bears.... I'm sure you'll agree, she'll fit in to our cuddly club just fine!

We are also a couple of days off of announcing our new challenge for Monday. So... glue sticks and craft knives at the ready??

New baby card

Here we are!
I thought I would get things started with a Forever Friends baby card.

The papers and stickers are from the 'Hugs & Cuddles' range.

I thought I would just add a little piece to show where you can find the stamps. These are stocked in most stores where they sell Docrafts products, and you can get an idea of the products here and more importantly here which is where the stamps are shown..

I personally have quite a collection of these little cuties now.. I love them to bits! I even have teddies and a mug with the cheeky chaps on.. Now how can you resist?

Now, if you look through the product section on the Docrafts site, you will also notice that there are Forever Friends Stickers - which are also acceptable on the challenges..

In fact, anything you'd like to do - as long as it has a Forever Friend on there, is great! It will just be so lovely to see all your cards and projects.

I will upload a few of mine later for you to look at.. and also hopefully announce a couple of brilliant Docraft Designers, who have been invited to join the team.

Hi everyone..

This is a bit of a new venture for me - running my very own challenge blog! I am a Design Team member for a few, and as I have always loved these little bears, thought I would start a new challenge blog - just for a bit of fun!

There may be a few prizes along the way, but primarily this is just for fun.. to showcase your work to the world! Challenges will be set every Monday morning.
