Wonderful idea. I have been working on so many things lately. This is what I did today. It is a wood organizer for my scrap area and some tags with my inspirations and goals for this year. SOmething for me to quickly look at each day. They are on tags.

1 ) Стоимость регистрации офшорной компании , документы под апостилем:
Регистрация компании входит в стоимость получения лицензии. Аналогично и продление компании при продлении лицензии. В отношении компании указано без номинального сервиса — если потребуется, можем предоставить массовых «островитян»: условно от 500 евро в год (директор/акционер).
2 ) Cтоимость лицензии
По стоимости ранее писали Вам 19500 долл. Более точно позвольте Вам уточнить: 22500 долл (получение лицензии), здесь у нас случился небольшой апдейт. Это если без дополнительных услуг: таких как например открытие банковского счета. Сейчас также обсуждаем этот момент по окончательной стоимости, планируем сообщить чуть позже: 19500 или же 22500 долл.
3 ) Требования к офшорной компании – уставный фонд, офис, сотрудники
Нет требований к капиталу - вместо этого закон требует, чтобы брокеры держали облигации на сумму 50 000 долларов США.
Структура компании:
а) По крайней мере, один акционер, который также может быть юридическим
лицом. Нет никаких ограничений по гражданству и резидентству;
б) По крайней мере, один директор (только физическое лицо, без ограничений
по гражданству и резидентству);
в) AML Офицер;
г) Альтернативный AML офицер (заместитель).
Требования к менеджеру или директору:
- Это должны быть только физические лица;
- Они должны проживать как минимум в течение 6 месяцев в Вануату каждый
год;
- А также должны иметь опыт работы с ценными бумагами не менее 5 лет и
выполнять обязательства лицензиата в соответствии с требованиями Комиссии.
Так называемый «Офис» должен иметь программное обеспечение для регистрации, управления и учета клиентов, систему управления бизнесом и собственные сервера.
4 ) Ежегодное продление
Также аналогично стоимости получения лицензии. Входит продление компании + обновление лицензии на 2-й год.
А также опционально: выбранные Вами дополнительные услуги: местного директора, АМЛ офицеров, составление финансовой отчетности.
5 ) что нужно от клиента для запуска работы по регистраиции:
Копии паспортов бенефициаров и директоров
- Подтверждение адреса проживания (счет за коммунальные услуги);
- Рекомендательное письмо (из банка);
- Справка о несудимости;
- Бизнес-план;
- Два рекомендательных письма для директоров и акционеров компании,
показывающих не менее трех (3) лет профессионального опыта в управлении
фондами, ценными бумагами и инвестициями;
- Документы о высшем образовании директоров и акционеров с указанием
соответствующей специальности;
- Политика AML / CFT;
- Иные документы, которые могут быть запрошены Комиссией.
